Interactive marketing training for COCO members
After the success of the COCO ‘ Get Your Marketing in Gear for 2023’ Workshop, we were delighted to have a small group of business owners book in for an interactive 2-hour marketing training session. This session focused on completing their marketing strategy and plan so they can kick start their marketing activities and grow their business.
During the workshop we offered the attendees a deeper insight into how they can use online and offline platforms to grow their business and expand their audience. We also provided advice regarding their previous marketing activities tackling any struggles and fears.
Structure of training session:
- Identifying objectives and KPIs
- Defining demographics for their target audience
- Set SMART goals and outlining their USP
- Created a focused and strategic content plan centered around their target audience
- Looked at the customer journey to understand how to turn prospects into customers
- Created a marketing plan focusing on their desired channels, data processes and marketing funnels
- Looked at useful tools and resources for identifying themes, trends and keyword research.
We also shared our templates for content planning including a social media content calendar and blog plan.
