Marketing Services for Flaming Cow

Flaming Cow are an independent burger restaurant based in Eton, Berkshire serving home made burgers, hot dogs and much more.

We started working with Flaming Cow during the COVID19 pandemic and our mission was to help them to win back existing customers into the restaurant and attract new customers into the doors.

Our first task saw us creating a marketing audit, strategy and plan focusing on key marketing activities that would immediately increase brand awareness, covers and sales.

With a multi channel marketing approach we delved into their ordering and booking software and integrated their marketing channels to be able to re-engage and up sell to their existing customers.

We looked at how we could reach and attract a new audience. We created a Google Ad search campaign as well as a remarketing campaign. We also regularly updated their website landing pages to ensure we were promoting upcoming themes and offers and capturing customer data.

Local SEO and social media activities were also key areas that needed improving. We wanted to reach and engage a local audience as well as tourists visiting from across the UK and Internationally. Our strategy ensured Flaming Cow were featured on the right platforms, recognising social media trends and following the latest best practices.
